Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and in-store promotions.
  • Provide on-site support for offline events, including store openings, festive campaigns, roadshows, sampling activities, and customer engagement efforts.
  • Support the creation of content for social media, email newsletters, websites, and printed materials.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of artwork, printing, and promotional items.
  • Monitor, post, and engage on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Maintain and update databases, marketing inventories, and promotional calendars.
  • Assist in compiling market research and competitor analysis.
  • Help organize and attend marketing events and exhibitions as required.
  • Prepare reports on marketing performance, including social media insights and campaign feedback.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage all customer-related sales and service matters.
  • Be responsible for generating sales performance reports, handling customer orders, preparing sales quotations, addressing complaints, and providing support to the outdoor sales team.
  • Identify, explore, and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
  • Receive sales orders from customers and submit daily sales orders to the Warehouse Assistant.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Efficiently gather market and customer information to support negotiations on pricing, delivery schedules, and customer specifications, and report findings to the superior.
  • Provide appropriate customer service, including responding to product inquiries and processing orders.
  • Identify product improvements or new product opportunities by staying updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Closely monitor personal sales performance, ensure timely collection of payments from customers, and manage outstanding debts.
  • Prepare and submit monthly travelling expense claims and daily work reports in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies and requirements.
  • Handle customer enquiries, orders, and complaints, and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the office premises.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties or responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conducting relevant IT technical or application training/guidance to users when necessary.
  • Implement, maintain and support all IT systems and infrastructures to ensure smooth running of systems.
  • Provide basic support of IT infrastructure: Printer, Router, Network Switches, CCTV, etc.
  • Perform POS system and other application maintenance that includes installation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting and monitoring.
  • Update company product pricing and items according to the request from outlet and management team.
  • Provide first level support by identifying, resolving and escalating the problems to vendor and ensure that the service commitment is met.
  • Provide day-to-day first level of technical support in maintaining the information system, including responsibility for ensuring processes and outputs are error-free.
  • Responsible for administration of IT assets and perform periodic software audit.
  • Perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your superior from time to time.
  • Able to provide daily checklist to superior from time to time.
  • Able to travel to outlet to perform maintenance service in Klang Valley and outstation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting functions.
  • Process invoices for accounts receivable.
  • Ensure all debtor invoices and transactions are accurately recorded into the system.
  • Assist in following up on debtor collections and liaise with customers on outstanding debts.
  • Assist in monthly debtor statements.
  • Ensure invoices are properly checked before payments are made.
  • Liaise with customers on payments or invoices issued.
  • Assist in processing payments based on the credit term and supported with valid documents.
  • Ensure proper filing of accounts records and documentation.
  • Support in the month-end closing.
  • Assist in the year-end audit process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervise team from time to time forward available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.
  • Obtain quotations from vendors/suppliers and negotiate for the best price, best quality and best service to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update vendor/supplier list on a timely basis, follow up closely to ensure on time deliveries for ordered items to support progress of works.
  • Verify purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items;
    recommending alternatives.
  • Prepare report pertaining to market conditions and merchandise cost, control purchasing department budget
  • Work closely with department head/ outlet / branches to solve quality issues with suppliers.
  • Responsible doing month end stock take.
  • Perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your superior from time to time.
